Project changes that need to proceed prior to the next annual adoption of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) require amendments. Amendments are typically used to address changes in project scope, cost, or schedule. Amendment requests are reviewed and recommended by EWG staff and presented to the Board of Directors for approval.
Amendments are open to public comment for seven days prior to approval. Comments are accepted beginning the Monday prior to the Executive Advisory Committee meeting and concluding on the Monday prior to the Board of Directors meeting.
