East-West Gateway Council of Governments (EWG) is now accepting project applications for the Section 5310 program.
Applications are due no later than 4:00 pm local time on February 21, 2025.
Application Materials
The Section 5310 Application Workbook provides information on the Section 5310 program and describes how to complete and submit your application. The same application form is used for both Traditional and New Freedom type projects. However, if you are applying for both Traditional and New Freedom funding, a separate application must be submitted for each project type. Project sponsor contact information is required to download the application. Click on the button below to download the project application form.
All applications must be submitted electronically as a single PDF file to sect5310@ewgateway.org by 4:00 pm on February 21, 2025. Hard copy applications will not be accepted or reviewed.
Informational Workshop
An Informational Workshop on the Section 5310 program was held online on January 14, 2025, from 10:30 to 12:00 noon. The workshop will discussed program requirements, application procedures, and project selection criteria. A recording of the workshop is available below.
