Archived: FY 2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The FY 2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program is a schedule of federally funded projects proposed to be implemented over four federal fiscal years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021).   Appendix B includes the listing of federally funded projects in the St. Louis region. Project details include: title, description, cost, length, improvement type, and air quality status.  Related TIP documents include: the Air Quality Conformity Determination (AQCD); the TIP and AQCD approval letters; reasonable progress updates for projects in Missouri funded through the Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (STP-S), Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ), Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), and On-System Bridge Program (BRM) with federal funds programmed in FY 2018; the FY 2017 annual listing of projects obligating federal funds; Illinois TIP amendments; Missouri TIP amendments; TIP supplements along with explanation of changes; and the Illinois Advance Construction Projects.
