Archived: FY 2014-2017 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The fiscal year (FY) 2014-2017 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a schedule of federally funded projects proposed to be implemented over four years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017). Appendix B of the TIP includes the listing of federally funded projects in the St. Louis region. Projects details include: title, description, cost, length, improvement type, and air quality status. The related TIP documents include: the Air Quality Conformity Determination (AQCD); the AQCD appendix; the TIP and AQCD approval letters; reasonable progress updates for projects in Missouri funded through the Surface Transportation Block Grant Program (STP-S), Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ), Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), and On-System Bridge Program (BRM) with federal funds programmed in Fiscal Year 2014 (Oct. 1, 2013 – Sept. 30, 2014); the FY 2013 annual listing of projects obligating federal funds; Illinois TIP amendments; Missouri TIP amendments; TIP supplements along with explanation of changes; and the Illinois Advance Construction Projects.
