On March 15, 2022, from 9:30am – 11:00am, MoDOT is conducting a workshop to instruct Local Public Agencies regarding the federal rules and regulations for acquiring right of way. This workshop is intended for Local Public Agencies that have a project programmed in the FY 2022-2025 Transportation Improvement Program or for those who would like to learn more about the right of way acquisition process.
