MoDOT is conducting a workshop for Local Public Agencies (LPA) that have projects programmed in the FY 2020-2023 Transportation Improvement Program.   However, anyone interested in learning more about how to deliver a federal-aid transportation project is welcome to attend. Topics include consultant selection and contract management, plan, specs, and estimates development, advertising for bids, and contract award. Also included will be information on the importance of utility coordination prior to the start of construction.
