The workshop will clarify Section 5310 program requirements, application procedures, project selection criteria, and schedules and procedures.

The workshop will be held at the East-West Gateway office, located at 1 Memorial Drive, Ste. 1600, St. Louis, MO 63102. Parking will be validated for up to 2 hours at the Stadium East Garage.
