East-West Gateway is hosting its 58th Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at America’s Center in downtown St. Louis. The business meeting will begin at noon followed by the presentation of the Outstanding Local Government Achievement (OLGA) Awards, which honors the extraordinary work of individuals, municipal and county governments/ departments, special purpose districts and public educational institutions in the city of St. Louis and Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles and St. Louis counties in Missouri and Madison, Monroe and St. Clair counties in Illinois.
