Non-Federally Funded Project Disclosure
East-West Gateway is seeking information on locally funded road projects that may need to be included in our regional emissions analysis. All regionally significant project emission impacts must be included in the regional emissions analysis regardless of funding source. A regionally significant project is a non-exempt transportation project that is on a facility which serves regional transportation needs, such as constructing a new road, bridge or interchange, adding through lanes to an existing road, or traffic signal synchronization projects. Other projects we are seeking to include are: two-way turn lanes or roundabouts.
If the above project will be implemented with non-federal funds and open to the public prior to December 31, 2022, you will need to submit a project disclosure form to East-West Gateway by Thursday, March 2, 2017. Gateway staff will make the final determination if the project is regionally significant. If you have any questions, e-mail Melissa Theiss or contact her at 314-421-4220 or 618-274-2750.
